Tommy Reed

Tommy Reed serves as Sr. Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Frontgrade, leading the company’s Strategy, Sales, and Business Development functions. In this role, Tommy develops and implements strategies to drive sales and revenue and expand Frontgrade’s market presence, in support of business objectives.

Tommy joined Frontgrade in 2023 and served as Vice President of Strategy and Investments, responsible for setting and executing the company’s investment strategy, which included shaping Research & Development portfolio in partnership with Engineering. He has nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of engineering and R&D roles of increasing responsibility with technology companies including L3Harris and GE. Tommy also served as Chief Technology Officer of Bliley Technologies, leading the electronics company’s technology strategy to successfully break into new markets and applications.

He holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
