In addition to products in die form, we offer a wide selection of diodes in competitively priced surface mount packages. Our latest introductions include 2012 and 0503 packages. The ultra small 50 by 30 mil footprint preserves valuable board real estate and reduces trouble-some lead parasitics. This translates into superior RF performance, making it ideal for cost sensitive applications.

This group of products is built on a foundation of more than 50 years of technological advances and experience in both thin and thick resistive film on a variety of substrates. A complete product offering is available in both Beryllium Oxide (BeO) and environmentally safe Aluminum Nitride (AlN) including:
- 50 and 100 Ohm resistors
- Attenuators in standard values of 1-6, 10 and 20 dB
- Terminations in both stripline and microstrip packages
- Resistive film products are available in flange mount or chip packages and to power levels up to 800 Watts CW
