IFR 6813/6815 Microwave Generator

Low Phase Noise Synthesized Source with 1Hz resolution

The 6813 (10MHz to 20GHz) and 6815 (10MHz to 40GHz) microwave generators have been developed from the successful 6820 series of microwave scalar analyzers but the performance specifications of the source have been re-qualified for phase noise both closer in and further out.

Microwave Mixer Measurement System

This measurement system, based around the IFR 6800 series RF & Microwave Scalar and System Analyzers and the 6813 microwave generator, is designed to provide selective measurements of mixers and frequency converters during alignment and testing. The 6813 acts as the local oscillator input for the mixer under test while the 6840 series unit provides both the mixer RF input and the receiver for the IF output port.
