The same sophisticated test instrumentation used to manufacture your Aeroflex product is also used to maintain and calibrate it at peak operating performance. At Aeroflex we use only genuine Aeroflex parts to maintain your equipment. Whether it is a return to factory bench top instrument or a system that requires a field service visit to your site, we know the inner workings of your equipment better than anyone else and can have it back on-line with you quickly and cost effectively. Aeroflex has many years of experience in working with a wide range of organizations from one-person repair shops to multi-national companies. As a large service and support organization with more than 50 factory trained technicians, our staff offers in-depth experience and specialist knowledge of the complete Aeroflex supported range of products. You can request an RMA Number through our online form. Aeroflex Service Programs Aeroflex offers competitive service programs that cover the full range of Aeroflex supported products. For instruments Aeroflex provides numerous comprehensive "return to factory" (Wichita) service programs. These can cover calibration only or full maintenance with calibration. If the existing service programs do not match your support requirements, then with Aeroflex's flexible approach we can tailor a support program that fits your needs. For our systems customers Aeroflex offers a full service program. Keeping your systems operational and at peak performance is critical to your manufacturing business. This service program is designed for production environments where uptime and availability are critical. Aeroflex recognizes that the full service program is not going to fit every customer's needs. The partner service program enables you to troubleshoot and maintain an Aeroflex test system via in-house expertise. |
