The 5850 is the complete test system, with a dedicated 3456 test interface actuated by a AC motor to compress over 10,000N of force. The system controller and the solenoid valves for dual bay bed-of-nails vacuum test fixturing are all built-in to the system, with addition of user power supplies that are configurable for any solution.. With a small foot print of only 600 x 800 mm (23.6 x 31.5 inches) the 5850 provides a standard format that is supported by Aeroflex throughout the World.
