General

1. 	Basic support for Vista 32 Bit: 

1.1: 	af3010, af3020, af3030, af3060 components now operate under Vista with the following reservations:

	- The default path for the module soft front panel configuration save files and Eeprom cache files is a non writable directory. 
	  It is recommended that users change the path to "Program Data\Aeroflex\xxx" directory. 
	  If not, configuration files will be on a per-user basis, and will not be visible system wide.

	- af3020: If eeprom caching is enabled and the path is not explicitly set to a public disk location, Eeprom cache files become user specific. 
  	  This is always the case when using the 3020 Soft Front Panel

	- af3030: If eeprom caching is enabled and the path is not explicitly set to a public disk location, Eeprom cache files become user specific. 
	  This is always the case when using the 3030 Soft Front Panel


1.2: 	afCombinerDll, afDigitizerDll, afSigGenDll: No limitations or reservations

1.3: 	Digitizer & SigGen Soft Front Panels: The default path for the module soft front panel configuration save files is a non writable directory. 
	It is recommended that users change the path to "Program Data\Aeroflex\xxx" directory.
