Aeroflex's range of test systems offer the complete spectrum of functionality to suit any of today's manufacturing test requirements, from Analog and Digital In-circuit to Analog and Digital Functional test. Aeroflex's ATE test platforms are available in a stand-alone format or fully integrated into a complete in-line solution so as to meet the demands of product mix and volume. With either solution there is the option of a dedicated test interface or an open format that allows the user to match their test requirements with the right test interface for their products and manufacturing environment.
