Aeroflex provides a complete range of test programming services in support of our range of In-circuit ATE products. These are generated using either the native language of the test system or compatible languages where applicable. Aeroflex will work to either a supplied test specification, or will work in conjunction with the customer in order to agree and define a test strategy for a particular product.
