Introducing Two New Reasons to Smile

In addition to offering the most consistent service, Aeroflex / Metelics continues to expand our vast product line. Our latest introductions include high performance, surface mount silicon PIN diodes and high power surface mount SP2T switches.

The Semi-Scale™ family of PIN diodes are designed with our proprietary diode process which provides ultra-low parasitic qualities, ideal for high frequency and high power applications up to 20 GHz. Our new SP2T switches are produced with a proven hybrid manufacturing process incorporating high voltage PIN diodes and passive devices within a 8mm x 5mm x 2.5 mm ceramic package. They offer 0.25 dB loss and 100 W performance up to 6 GHz.
