Among Aeroflex / Metelics' many areas of expertise, we have developed a unique process
technology that has made it possible to achieve large volume production of the highest
fco Schottkys and SRDs with some of the lowest transition times available to the industry.
Our customer orientation of catering to special package, test and screening needs,
combined with our state-of-the-art wafer fabrication facility, advanced process controls,
and design expertise, is aligned to serve a wide range of market applications.
Our process includes complete electrical, visual quality, and metelization inspection
of wafers prior to release to production. Dies are then given a 100% DC test and visually
inspected. In the production of devices or assemblies for packaged units, all units are
100% tested to ensure compliance to all required specification parameters.
On April 12th, 2007, Aeroflex / Metelics purchased the ongoing operations of MicroMetrics,
Inc. of Londonderry, NH. The new combined entity going forward will be known as
Aeroflex / Metelics and operate out of two US-based locations: Sunnyvale, CA, and
Londonderry, NH.
