Aeroflex / KDI Resistor Products
has been manufacturing high quality RF resistors for almost 50 years
in Morris County, New Jersey. This area is home to many high-tech companies
and is near several major universities that provide us with a pool of
highly talented and innovative engineers and technicians. Their dedication
to the design and development of new resistive products has enabled
Aeroflex / KDI Resistor Products to remain a leader in the RF and Microwave
field.
Our total commitment
to quality is evidenced by the inclusion of our products in almost every
major US and European military program. This strong background has allowed
us to offer high quality resistive products at very competitive prices
to the commercial marketplace as well. We have the technical capability
and manufacturing capacity to supply application specific, high volume
requirements for all wireless technologies.
Aeroflex / KDI Resistor Products designs and manufacturers a full line
of high power resistive products selling to both domestic and worldwide
companies in the cellular, broadcast, telecommunications, medical and
military markets.
Recent technological
advances in materials and processes has allowed Aeroflex / KDI Resistor Products
to introduce environmentally safe, Aluminum Nitride (AlN)
resistors, terminations and attenuators. These devices are designed and
manufactured to offer an alternative to similar components using Beryllium
Oxide (BeO) ceramic. They are available in several sizes and configurations
from chips to flange mounted units with leads and covers.
Aeroflex / KDI
Resistor Products offers a wide variety of both
low power and high power surface mounted devices in 50 ohm and 100 ohm
values. Attenuators are available in standard values of 1,2,3,4,5,6,10,
and 20 dB. Other dB values are available upon request. In addition to
these standard attenuators, MCE/KDI Resistor Products offers a wide selection
of Terminating Attenuators in both 20 and 30 dB values in
several popular power levels for use as low level signal sampling devices
in many isolator designs.
A wide variety of
Flanged Resistors, Terminations and Attenuators are available in power levels
from 10 watts up to 800 watts CW. All flanged devices are designed to
operate at full rated powers with the flange maintained at a maximum temperature
of 100 °C. All flanged devices are available in both Aluminum Nitride
or Beryllium Oxide.
